Depending on blade configuration, they typically weigh between 15-20 kg/m² and offer 45-50% free area, ensuring efficient airflow management while meeting structural requirements.  These louvers are highly customizable in terms of shape and size. Standard & Custom louver blade pitches such as 112mm, 90mm, and 65mm, along with adjustable blade spacings, ensure a uniform appearance tailored to specific design specifications.

Rigorously tested for aerodynamic performance with low coefficients. CE-AIR's Fixed Pitch Weather Louvers deliver reliable airflow control while maintaining optimal energy efficiency. They are available in a standard range of materials including aluminium & steel (galvanised), and for aluminium we offer choices of our standard mill finish or various post-coated finishes such as polyester powder paint, Plastisol, PVDf coatings.
